President Donald Trump signed an executive order in March that illegally ripped the freedom to collectively bargain away from more than 1 million federal workers.

In response, AFSCME and our union siblings organized to introduce a bipartisan bill to overturn this union-busting executive order.

Now, we have the votes to pass the Protect America’s Workforce Act in the House of Representatives. All we need is for every single member of Congress who says they support America’s unions to sign onto a discharge petition calling for an immediate vote.
